Chantal Evans also know as Telly, is a self taught Afro-Latina Commercial Photographer + Set designer based in DMV. Photographing for over a decade, she specializes in editorials that displays her unique style as an artist. Her inspiration comes from diverse beauty, culture, fashion, color theory, shapes, and life its self. Telly is truly passionate about her craft and has incorporated a new skillset of set designing within her work. She continues to persevere and grow as an artist, taking her work to next levels.
